Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Ordering:
SORRY, WHOLESALE ONLY, a minimum order of $100 per delivery address is required for all orders.  We sell to companies buying quantities for resale purposes only.  Retail customers please email us for a list of stores in your area.

Every Piece is Unique:
Please note each item is an individually hand-crafted work of art.  Colors, textures, sizes, dimensions and decoration may vary from piece to piece. 

Shipping and Delivery: 
Orders ship FOB Denver, Colorado, at buyer’s expense.         

United States:
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for regular shipping and delivery of in-stock items.  Products will be shipped Fed-Ex Ground, UPS or customer’s preferred shipper.

International:
We deliver products worldwide for prepaid orders to include postage, insurance and $15 handling fee.  Order will be sent United States Postal Service, priority mail, unless otherwise specified.  International duties:  All additional charges levied by the recipient country for customs, import duties and taxes, etc., are payable by the purchaser. 

Returns/Exchanges 7 Days: 
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.   Call for preauthorization and ship prepaid, in original condition, postmarked within 7 days of receipt, via insured mail, UPS or any other traceable method.   

Errors/Omissions 7 Days:
Claims for shortages, breakages or errors in price or terms are to be made within 7 business days of receipt of order.  Damages: Keep the original packaging for damage inspection and report any noticeable damage to the carrier on arrival.  Proper damage reporting is required before any credit adjustments can be made.   

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice.  There are constant currency fluctuations and rising transportation costs, so place your order today!   

Payment:
Cash/Credit Card/Net 30 (when approved-allow 2 weeks).  First time orders require prepayment (NO COD).  Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted and billed at the time of shipment with shipping charges charged separately when determined.  Credit accounts are due Net 30 from the date of shipment.

Donations:
You may make a donation to this program without making a purchase.  Please specify: homeless (building homes in northeast Brazil, orphanage (Casa Limiar in Recife), youth-at-risk (education: off the streets and into the schools) or women’s groups (promoting health and education).  100% of your donation will go to your designated cause.
